Vali co-founded Scriptics in 2012 and has been working 16-hour days since launch. That’s no joke. For all you cats out there that dream of being a company owner, know that you better love what you do, which he does. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Management and two masters’ degrees in Finance and European Projects from ULBS. He’ll say they are just shelf decorations, but he’s probably the most insightful, if unusual, nerd you’ll ever meet.

Ionel co-founded Scriptics alongside Vali in 2012. He helps manage projects, customers, and contract negotiations to ensure deadlines are met. He earned an engineering degree in Computer Science. As a fitness buff, Ionel spends most of his early mornings in the gym and Crossfit is his game.

Alin is the one that brings order to our chaotic group. He’s a meticulous backend and frontend developer and the guy that is responsible, to some degree, for every project we’ve ever launched.

Hobbies: football, getting stuff and people organized. He’s also secretly in love with PHP.

Gio with all her grace and good manners never ceases to amaze us with her personality, problem solving skills and work ethic. She tends to apologize for everything, although she rarely needs to, but it’s her shyness and manners that make her a great person to work with.

Hobbies: spending time with David – her beautiful, smart, and funny son.

With an extremely likable personality, Andreea can make any room a bit better just by entering it. She is a high achiever as demonstrated by her accomplishments as a horseback riding champion, a skilled kickboxer, and an artist with paintings on exhibit – all before graduating from college.

Oh, and now she also teaches at the university and rescues puppies – a lot of them – but she shares her home with just one – Nala. (@customers – she’s the one that likes to sleep in the background during calls )

You know that story about someone that switch careers although he was doing well?

Ask Andrei, he can tell you how an apparently nervous and shy individual managed to have the guts to go from senior to intermidiate just to have the career that he wanted and also work with us ( we’re cool )

Lari is a talented backend developer and a strong team player. Her memory tends to extend as far as her notebook but that’s only because she is constantly overthinking (in backend work, that’s helpful). She is very photogenic, has an amazing personality and a very esoteric sense of humor which can only be a sign of wit and deep understanding.

Although there’s an ongoing rant battle between him and Vali, it’s all in good spirits. It’s obvious that Cristi’s a favorite, hope he doesn’t read this. Cristi is, first and foremost, talented at what he does.

He’s a team player. He is also a very educated and distinguished individual, but that’s what you get when your house is in the most expensive spot in town and were raised by nobility.

Deyu is relentless. Ladies, take note. He wakes up in the morning, does a lot of sports, has tattoos, drives a BMW (nobody is perfect), rides a motorcycle, is very popular on Insta and TikTok and he’s an engineer. (Paid ad.) That aside, he’s usually on 2-3-4 projects and can switch between them with great success.

He’s also fun at parties… when he puts his phone down. :​)

Gabi is patient enough to work with charts, and those are a pain as anyone can tell you.

He has a fantastic sense of humor with laser precision. Like many on the Scriptics team, he could’ve been a model, but his engineering diploma prevented him from choosing a different career : )

Hobbies: moto sports, snowboarding, soccer, swimming and driving his convertible (when it’s not in the repair shop).

A perfectionist by nature, Liviu is a careful, well-spoken, and well-mannered individual. He has been a great addition to our team! While one of the young ones on the team, he already has two beautiful kids and also two beautiful dogs. Good for you Liviu!

Hobbies: The great hiker that climbs, with precision and perseverance, any mountain, or any life challenge in sight.

You know that saying about good things coming in small packages?

Ale has proven that tall can be counted as an exception. Ale fitted in immediately in our team and her wits, great sense of humor and just happy personality have been essential to us.

With her advancing in age, she had recently addopted a cat (one of many to come we suspect), Luna is absolutely adorable and we love to hear stories about her mischievous nature.

Andrei is very resourceful, caring and hard-working. It’s like he is everywhere at once and that’s not always a bad thing. : ) He is the first to jump when someone needs help and when we had interns he helped everyone left and right.

Hobbies: He’s a good chess player (Vali approves).

Bia is a good UI developer. She is currently doing a great job leading a project almost by herself. She is loud, proud, determined, and eager to learn as much as possible. We miss her contagious laugh and positive attitude at the office.

Andrei, our DevOps engineer and Linux enthusiast. As a tech fanatic, he continuously explores innovative solutions, enhancing our capabilities and keeping us at the cutting edge. Andrei’s commitment to excellence and his profound technical knowledge make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Delia loves to read, she also loves pets ( which mandatory in our company) she also has a very cute German Shepard dog which is carefully displayed on her desk in his purest floppy ears state.

She has started her career as an UI developer recently and has made loads of progress very fast. This text will probably be updated in the near future mentioning her accomplishments.

She loves jokes, she lights up whenever she hears something funny, she can probably tell great jokes too but she’s taking it easy with us.

She’s extremely passionate and eager to learn and that’s allways a great thing!

Young and with a heart of gold she’s tends to have a contagious happiness and smile that elevates the mood in a room.

She’s very ambitious and tries to get better at her job every day.

With his designer clothes, very Ivy League attitude, and fashion style, he’s definitely a nice addition to our already narcissistic team : )
With an eye for details, the UI path was inevitable, thus he’s working to become the best VUE developer than he can be and there’s no doubt that he will achieve that.

Like Deyu and Flavius, he drives a BMW, but what can you do – nobody is perfect… except Puggy Sue.

Eugen, our new Backend Developer, whose strategic problem-solving skills are matched only by his nonmaster-level strategic plays in chess.
A devoted volunteer for animal welfare and various community initiatives, Eugen brings not only technical prowess but also a generous spirit to our team.
He also poseses a great sense of humor and the rants between him and the bearded guy at the top of the page, are definitely worth a listen : )

Catalina, a talented and enthusiastic developer with a keen designer’s eye.
She’s involved, funny and dedicated to get the job done, regardless if it’s tedious or complicated to solve.
Catalina’s humor and lively spirit bring joy and creativity to our team dynamics.
She was part of the group since day one and it was obvious to everyone that she belongs in Scriptics.
Catalina’s blend of skills and her infectious enthusiasm make her a cherished member of the team.

Alexandra, our enthusiastic intern with a sharp focus on becoming a full stack developer.
Already making significant contributions to our projects, Ale exemplifies dedication and eagerness to learn.
She still has long road ahead but everything that she’s done already is promissing and hinting to a great career ahead.

Puggy has been with Scriptics all her life (10 years). Her role in the first months was getting stepped on by accident, sleeping, eating, making a mess, and barking during conference calls. Puggy is what you call uglyful, there’s nothing about her that adheres to the universe of aesthetics, but she still finds ways to be incredibly cute. Also, she has her own internal joke page that keeps everyone entertained – jokes about her :).
